What is the five sisters return policy?
We are sorry your order or item did not work out for you. We hope to make the return process as quick as possible. For a full refund, returns must be post marked and mailed within 3 weeks of purchase. You have 2 options to return your item/items. You can email us at fivesistersclothing5@gmail.com and we can email you a paid return label. The cost of the postage will be deducted from your refund. Or you can ship the return yourself through any postal service. Please include your name and order number with the return. When the product is received unworn, without any damage a full refund will be given. Store credit can be given within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be administered.

How can I pay for my order
We accept all major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. For In home open houses and pop ups, Venmo and Apple Pay can also be used.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Depending on your shipping option, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Please use your tracking info to check on your package before reaching out to us. If your tracking info is not working, we are avalaible to help.

What is the Cost and Shipping poicly?
Our flat rate shipping fee is $5. We do offer express shipping for an additional cost. We often offer sales and promotions for free shipping over a certain amount spent. Occasionally we do free shipping for sales or for a limited time.

What is my order arrives damaged?
If the goods that you ordered arrive damaged please reach out to us via email at fivesistersclothing5@gmail.com. Please send pictures of the damage and a description as well. We will work to solve the problem. We are not responsible for damaged packaging as long as the clothes are still in good shape.

What if my order doesn't come?
If you do not receive your order and your tracking number says that its been delivered please reach out to us. We will try to contact the carrier to track your package down. Please check your tracking information before reaching out to us. Occasionally shipments will take a little longer than planned, and we are not able to help you when your package is still in transit.
